Sand Dunes 804 At Big Fish Units. Photos refreshed on 6/6/24. Located within the Sand Dunes Resort, this roomy 3-bedroom condo offers impressive ocean vistas from the balcony, kitchen, dining room, living room, and primary bedroom. The condo can accommodate up to 13 guests, making it ideal for a group hideaway.

The condo features three bedrooms, two full baths, and a freshly updated kitchen with full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher. The kitchen is entirely equipped with cookware and dinnerware. Additionally, there's a washer/dryer for added convenience.

The resort features an oceanfront pool deck with a huge swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees and ample lounge chairs. Guests can also savor a lazy river, a kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall, a heated indoor pool, and a hot tub with ocean vistas.

Note:
1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river located behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

NOTE: The spa heaters are working but the pool heater is currently down and will be down until further notice.

Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort's parking.
