This pet-friendly home includes a 4-seat golf cart and up to 9 guest luxury cards—making it simple to savor sunny beach days, pools, golf, dining, and everything Fripp Island has to offer.



Inside, the main floor features a roomy king suite with ensuite bath, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen plus twin-over-twin bunk—share a full hall bath. A comfortable additional room with a daybed and trundle adds additional space for guests. All bedrooms include sizable intelligent TVs.



The open-concept living and dining area is filled with natural light and offers a entirely equipped kitchen that makes everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners painless, and a full laundry room adds convenience.



Outdoor living shines in spring and summer, with front and back porches ideal for appreciating coastal breezes. The screened-in porch—complete with TV and fireplace table—is ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Grille on the gas grille or smoker, relax by the marshfront fire pit under the lights, or rinse off after the beach in the private outdoor hot/cold shower.



The 2-car garage is outfitted with everything you need for fun-filled days: bicycles, ping pong table, beach chairs, umbrellas, boo375 SBgie boards, racquets, and more. Whether you're at the beach, on the golf course, or exploring the island, 375 Sea Bass is the ideal home base.



Your four-legged family members are welcome (with an additional pet fee), so everybody can appreciate the hideaway together.



As the island comes alive in the warmer months, everything you need is right close by. Spend your days at the beach, calming by the pools, or enjoying tennis, pickleball, dining, shopping, and ice cream at the Beach Club. In the other direction, discover the marina, golf courses, and Bonito Boathouse. From cycling and boating to fishing and wildlife watching, there’s something for everybody.



Guest Cards Supplied:

Also included in your rental are up to 9 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.



Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
