The owners have refreshed this condo to make you feel right at home with comfortable furnishings and fixtures to make this a really beautiful and cozy hideaway for you and your family. This corner unit has great vistas overlooking the handsome landscaped courtyard area featuring the outdoor pool. The kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience . New HDTV Flat screen TV's. Also complimentary Wi-Fi in the unit for your enjoyment. Seating for 4 at the breakfast bar and seating for 6 at the dining room table.

Summer units are Sun-Sun or if 6 nighttime rental a Sunday check in or check out day.

Beach cart on the front porch to carry all your stuff to the beach makes going to the beach much easier. Also 3+ Beach chairs.

There are also charcoal grilles available in the courtyard for your grilling pleasures. Savor the evenings on one of the two screened in porches or the open porch with a porch swing..
