The broad private pool area with hot tub will be your outdoor getaway, surrounded by mature trees for seclusion. Z's By The Sea is ideal for huge groups or extended families, with plenty of additional space including a den and game room. When you arrive, use the cargo lift to make unpacking suitcases and groceries a breeze. A reverse floor plan features an open-concept living area on the top level with vaulted ceilings, LVT floor and a gas fireplace. The chef in the family will appreciate the cavernous kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and two dishwashers. The primary bedroom on the top level includes a enormous en suite bathroom with double vanity and jetted tub. Two levels of covered decking allow for seamless indoor/outdoor living and overlook the pool area below. Fire up the charcoal grille for burgers, steaks or the catch of the day.

Access to the sound is located directly across the street and includes a boat ramp for launching modest vessels, kayaks, jet skis and paddleboards. There's also a soundfront community pool and pier, both of which provide spectacular water vistas and photogenic sunsets. Guests also have access to an oceanside community pool and tennis courts. Finest of all, a beach access is located at the end of the street, exclusively for Port Trinitie guests.
