*FAMILY PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

The Space:
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very cavernous condo. 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 pullout couch in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
Substantial balcony with impressive pool view.
*Sheets and linens supplied. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Animals are not allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands (8 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 8 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
*NO MAILBOX for this location. Host is not responsible for any mail or packages delivery.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is complimentary. 2 parking tags supplied (there is $20 fee for each missing or broken tag)
* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Charming peaceful neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, handsome landscaping. 10 mins. from airport, 5 mins. from Broadway at the beach, 5 mins. from the beach, 15 mins. from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.
*Must climb stairs.
*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.
*Please review my home rules.
*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.
*Family Pets are not allowed.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.
*NO MAILBOX for this location.
*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
