If weather happens to not be cooperating….a ideal spot for cuddling up with a blanket and sipping hot cocoa in theater room. Plenty of yard for little ones to run and play. Maybe even a fire in the pit, after dinner. Full access to home, with exception of garage and attic. Extensive fenced in backyard. Saltwater pool(not heated)(11’x20’)

If you prefer to bring your own bed linens….$75 will be taking off the cleaning fee, for your convenience. Just mention this before checking in….so we’re able to make the cleaning lady aware. We so know you’ll thoroughly savor your stay here at “ChristmaSea” Santa’s favorite beach spot!
