The Space:

This home features an open floor plan with an operational fireplace with giant windows overlooking the ocean. 2 downstairs primary bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen with nugget ice maker. The upstairs has its own porch overlooking the ocean, 2 more bedrooms a full bathroom and a loft that can be used as a kid's bedroom or playroom. When you arrive, you will be greeted at the front gate to enter the island. Look for deer on your gorgeous drive through he island. We like to take guesses on how many we will see. You will receive your own private 4 digit code to get inside the home. You may park anywhere on the driveway, including under the home.

The Neighborhood:

Fripp Island is a private island located off the coast of South Carolina, known for its beaches and wildlife sanctuary. The island is home to over 175 bird species, deer, alligators, and loggerhead sea turtles. This rental does not include island resort access or a golf cart. If you would like to rent a golf cart, there are many options we can assist you with. There are many activities on the island that are open and complimentary to use as well as places to shop and eat. The marina has breakfast sandwiches as well as ice cream bars and other groceries. The Springtide market has a deli in the back and a modest grocery store. There is a liquor store on the island as well as a nature center and Bingo nights Tuesday and Friday. There is a Fripp Island merch store to pick up your favorite new tshirt souvenir near the beach club.Playgrounds are scattered all of the island, and you are welcome to join a church service on the beach or in the chapel. Off the island are many great eateries we are happy to give our suggestions. Beaufort is a short drive away and such a cute city to discover.



Getting Around:

Fripp Island features a 3.5 mile long white sand beach. Beaufort, SC is a 43 min. drive, Savannah is 1 hour 37 min. drive. Charleston, SC is 2 hour drive



Other Things to Note:

Doors have notes with instructions on how to operate. Please keep all doors to the outside closed as much as possible to prevent moisture inside. The humidity will make the thermostat go crazy and we want you to be able to feel comfortable!

No family pets, no events, we do require a damages fee.



Interaction with Guests:

There is a manned gate that will give you a car pass to keep on your dash during your stay. You will enter the home with a code for a keyless entry.
