✔ Pool Rules
✦ Pool and hot tub are use-at-your-own-risk with no lifeguard on duty.
✦ Kids must be supervised by an adult at all times.
✦ No diving, running, glass, rough play, jumping from structures, or swimming during storms.
✦ Please keep the pool gate secured, rinse off sand before entering, use pool towels only, and do not adjust pool/hot tub equipment or chemicals.
✦ No pets, soaps, oils, or bubbles in the pool or hot tub.
✦ Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM and are stringently enforced by the town of Carolina Beach.
✦ Please report any safety or maintenance issue right away.

✔ Elevator Safety Guidelines & Rules
✦ For safety, please do not use the elevator during storms, severe weather, flickering lights, or any time a power outage may be likely. Use the stairs until power is stable. If the elevator stops working or someone is stuck, call 911 for emergencies and notify us immediately.
✦ Kids are not allowed to operate elevator at any time.
✦ Do NOT abuse or tamper with the controls.
✦ Do not exceed capacity of 4 adults.
✦ Never attempt to exit between floors.
✦ Enter and exit carefully.

✔ Guest Safety & Property Access
For your safety, all interior access requests will be confirmed through the Airbnb message thread first. Please do not allow anyone into the home unless we have messaged you confirming their arrival. Routine lawn care, trash service, and exterior pest control do not require access inside.

✔ Towels
Please use bath towels for bathing only. Do not use them for cleaning, makeup removal, self-tanner, or hair dye. Replacement costs may apply for towels that are permanently stained or damaged.

✔ Fireplace(s)
The fireplace is stringently decorative and is not available for guest use.

✔ No Smoking, Vaping or E-Cigarettes
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarette use are not allowed inside the home. Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a minimum $1050 cleaning fee.

✔ Cleaning Policy
No checkout cleaning chores are required, except loading and starting the dishwasher before departure. Please clean up spills or messes promptly to help prevent stains, odors, pests, or damage. Please do not wash sheets, towels, or linens before checkout. No need to strip the beds either as it is easier for the cleaning crew to do it themselves :) Our cleaning company provides and handles all linens.

✔ Lock Up
Please lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the property.

✔ Respect the Neighbors
Parties, events, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior are not allowed. Anything disruptive to neighbors will be considered a violation of home rules.
