Waterfront Retreat on the Creek!! - Vacation rental home in Charleston, SC

Take it painless at this unique and calming hideaway right on the water near Folly Beach, SC!! This is a really cool guesthouse right on the the Oak Island Creek and Lowcountry marshes. The owner of the property lives in the main home and wants to share his little slice of heaven on the water with you.

You’ll get to wake up to the relaxing waters and local waterfowl and dolphins strolling by. Then you’ll be just 5 mins. to the island of Folly Beach and just 20 mins. to Downtown Charleston.

The guest home has all the basics you’ll need which includes High Speed WiFi, Roku TV, kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, coffee mugs, plates, bowls and silverware. But there are no stove top cooking options in the space.

The Queen bed is new with comfortable linens and linens supplied.

The balcony is superb for morning coffee or evening beverages during a gorgeous marshland sunset!

ITEMS TO NOTE:

* The homeowners really want to make sure their guests are dog lovers because they have two dogs that will be outside in the backyard at times during your stay.
* There is a full functioning shower in the unit with hot water, but it is on the modest side. So I’d say if you’re 6 ft or taller, it might be pretty difficult to use.
* The boat dock on the property is not available for guests, but there is a public boat landing just a couple mins. down the road for watercraft, paddle boards, kayaks, etc…
