Escape to a serene waterfront getaway ideally located between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. This property is a nature-lover's heaven on half an acre of Charleston appeal. Appreciate fishing, crabbing, kayaking, and bird watching from the private dock. Unwind with an evening bonfire under the lanterns swinging from the grandiose oak tree. Stay fit in the outdoor gym and yoga studio.

This striking marsh front property has 3 bedrooms and 2 gorgeous new bathrooms. It's located in a very safe, peaceful neighborhood right in between downtown and Folly Beach (less than 15 mins to each). Your stay includes access to the whole home, outdoor gym, detached yoga studio, dock with 2 kayaks/paddles/life jackets, and giant backyard with tons of seating and fire pit (firewood supplied).

Note, I live in an apartment over the garage with a separate entrance. I travel often and will not bother you if I'm home.
