This is a alluring waterfront (marsh) home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an office.

There is a sizable multi-level deck, where you can savor the elegant marsh and trail vistas. Water is present during high tide, at which time you may even go fishing.

There is a formal living room and one family room (both have leather couches). Each of these rooms as well as each bedroom has a TV for your enjoyment!

Two rooms are rather sizable and have king-sized beds. The third room has a queen bed.

Kitchen is enormous, cavernous and functional. We believe we have everything you need to make a great meal for you and your guests.

Furnishings is all new!
