Guest access
We have convenient wifi access code that we provide guests during your stay. You will be able to access and secure the property simply without a key.

Other things to note
Please Note:

1. The booking individual must be 25 years of age or older.

2. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. No events/events, even if an adult is willing to sign for the minor. Thank you for your understanding.

3. This property is pet-friendly with a $200 non-returnable pet fee. Guests are responsible for removing all pet waste and disposing of it in the outdoor trash bins. Animals must be kept leashed at all times. Please do not leave family pets unattended unless they are safely crated. Any damage or issues caused by pets may result in additional charges, and documentation may be submitted to the booking platform, which could impact future reservations.

4. No smoking or vaping inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

**Damage Protection – Peace of Mind for Your Stay**

Instead of a traditional security deposit, we’ve added a non-returnable Damage Protection Fee under the Management Fee. This covers minor accidental damages — like spills, scratches, or a broken dish — so you can relax and savor your stay worry-complimentary. For damages over $2,500, we’ll work directly with you to resolve the matter respectfully and fairly.
