Other things to note

Please Note:

1. The booking individual must be 25 years of age or older.

2. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down during this time. No events or events, even if an adult is willing to sign for a minor. Thank you for your understanding.

3. This property is pet friendly with a $200 non-returnable pet fee. We ask that guests remove all pet waste and dispose of it in the outdoor trash. Keep family pets leashed. Do not leave a pet unattended without a crate if any issues could occur. We will charge guest damage costs and submit photos to the booking platform that may affect future travel.

4. No smoking or vaping inside the home. If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 per day.

Please respect our neighbors. While you may be on vacation, our neighbors are living and working their daily lives. If our neighbors communicate serious issues with us, we will end the booking immediately.

Damage Protection – Peace of Mind for Your Stay

Instead of a traditional security deposit, we’ve added a non-returnable Damage Protection Fee under the Management Fee. This covers minor accidental damages—like spills, scratches, or a broken dish—so you can relax and enjoy your stay worry-complimentary. For damages over $2,500, we’ll work directly with you to resolve the matter respectfully and fairly.
