Both bathrooms are freshly constructed and feature bespoke tilework and high-end finishes. The hall bathroom features a shower/tub combo and the ensuite has a walk-in shower, offering a comfortable and convenient setup for couples or modest groups.

Guest access

Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during peaceful hours, and be respectful of our neighbors and surrounding homes. No events, events, or unregistered guests are allowed without prior approval. Smoking or vaping inside the property is stringently prohibited. Please do not attach decorations to walls, wallpaper, ceilings, doors, trim, or furnishings using tape, nails, hooks, adhesive strips, putty, or anything that may cause damage. Guests are responsible for any damage or residue. Please report any damages or issues during your stay so we can address them quickly.

PARKING
Free off-street parking for 2 cars -- VERY RARE for this area!

CITY SETTING
Due to the home's downtown location, you may occasionally hear typical city sounds, including traffic, close by neighbors, street activity, and emergency cars. Sound machines are included in all bedrooms for comfort.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
Refunds are only issued for mandatory evacuations ordered by authorities. No refunds for weather-related travel delays from other states. We suggest purchasing travel insurance, especially during storm season. If power or internet issues arise due to storms, we will resolve them as quickly as possible but cannot offer refunds for such inconveniences.
