Ocean Club R301 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath Soundfront Condo with vistas of Bogue Sound! This soundfront condo has striking vistas of the water and a calming covered porch to appreciate during your stay. The covered porch has 2 ceiling fans to allow for a breeze while appreciating the serene sound view!

The Living Area has a 47 inch HDTV with DVR and a DVD player and provides more of those pretty sound vistas. With Bedroom #1 with King Bed, TV, Private Bath with Double Vanity, Tub and Shower; Bedroom #2 with Queen Bed, TV, access to Shared Bath; and Bonus Room with Twin over Double Bunk, TV, access to Shared Bath, there is ample opportunity for restful relaxation!

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
