Full kitchen w/ huge granite island that seats 6. Dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, and garbage disposal. View of the ocean. Coffee maker, blender, full set of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans.

PANTRY:
Off the kitchen is a modest pantry with a sliding Barn Door.

DINING ROOM:
Has a table that seats 6 next to the enormous island that also seats 6.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
Contains a full-size stackable washer and dryer.

HALF BATH:
Half bath located off of dining area.

MASTER BEDROOM:
Master has a king-size bed with a sizable private bath with an additional large walk-in shower with mood lighting and Bluetooth. A ceiling fan and Intelligent TV are also in the room.

BEDROOM 2:
Has a full-size bed with a closet, ceiling fan, recessed lighting (all on timers), and Intelligent TV. Door to private second-floor deck with ocean vistas.

There are two full baths upstairs that are identical. Each has a rain shower head and Bluetooth.

UNDER HOME:
Outdoor shower, parking for 4 cars.
