This property has its own private beach with access to the sound, ideal for clamming, kayaking, and swimming in the calmer waters. The well-equipped kitchen with a snack bar opens to the living room and dining area. Downstairs off the dining area is the master bedroom with a shared bathroom. Upstairs is an additional sitting area with deck access. The two bedrooms upstairs share a jack and jill bathroom. Upper deck access is also in bedroom 3 upstairs.
