Ocean Breeze offers you a wonderfully refreshed one bedroom, two bath condo with a gorgeous ocean view, a private balcony, dune-top gazebos and an oceanfront community pool. This updated beach condo, we call Ocean Breeze for a reason, is ideal if you are looking for a great OBX experience with comfortable accommodations, a two min. walk to the beach and a short walk to the Village of Duck.


Ocean Breeze is located on the first level of building B at the Colony by the Sea Condominium Community and is great for anyone and everybody—couples, modest families, friends and people that like to travel solo. During the summer months, Ocean Breeze rents full weeks. Off-season units, September - May, are a minimum of two nights and can begin and end on the day of your choice.


In addition to the ideal location, Ocean Breeze is an updated condo with a beach chic look and features a master bedroom, with a king size bed and private bathroom. A bunk bed alcove is located in the hall and a queen-size sleeper couch in the living room. Conveniences include complimentary wireless internet access and two intelligent T.V.s, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. A striking view from your private balcony with comfortable deck furnishings are yours to enjoy.


The ocean front pool (unheated) opens in May and closes in October. There are many grilling stations located on the property, as well as picnic tables so you can prepare out and have a pool event! There is also plenty of grassy space for a game of football or frisbee while the steaks are on the grille. Guests of all ages enjoy the oceanfront pool, tennis courts, play ground, outside showers and dune-top gazebos.
Convenience is key at Ocean Breeze. We are completely outfitted with pots, pans, cooking, and serving silverware so you can prepare up a storm if that is your want. You are also within walking distance of the village of Duck—with great shopping and great eating! Tommy’s Market and Winks Market are close but more importantly, the ice cream and donut stores are close by too!


Ocean Breeze is located on the first floor of the building, requiring guest to climb one flight of stairs to reach the front door (no elevator access). There is a coin operated laundry facility located on the ground level of each building. Guest supply their own bed linens and towels. Referrals to a rental company included upon request.


Refund Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days prior to check-in receive 100% of the amount they've paid. Travelers who cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, receive 50%. Travelers who cancel 13 days out or less from their reservation, forfeit 100% of what they’ve paid.
