Savor the pristine golf & lagoon vistas from the back deck. The deck happens to overlook the 10th fairway on the Fazio course. This villa is so open and airy! It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed and intelligent TV with the upstairs guest room having a queen-sized bed and twin trundle bed. There is also a queen sleeper couch in the living room. The cavernous living area includes an HD TV and a full size kitchen/dining area that opens to the deck. Take an simple walk or bicycle ride to the beach, tennis, golf courses and any of the many amenities offered at the beautiful Palmetto Dunes Resort. The loft also includes an entertainment area with complimentary wifi access.

This is a PET FRIENDLY home! Please let us know if you will be bringing a furry friend! Dogs ONLY please. There is a non-returnable pet fee of $250 for the 1st approved pet and an additional $150 for the 2nd approved pet. There is a 2 dog limit and both family pets must weigh 30lbs or lower. Please let us know if you have any questions! NO SMOKING OR VAPING ACCEPTED!
