This rear sitting area looks out over the 17th green of the Maples golf course. Watching the wildlife and golf action from this unit is just extraordinary. Our property is near the South Gate which means you are just over the bridge from the beach and can have your toes in the sand in just a few mins. (1.2m drive). We are also walking/cycling distance to the impressive Sunset Park on the intracoastal waterway with its beautiful walking trails, fishing docks and vistas of the water.
