Freshly modernized in 2026 with a focus on comfort and sleep quality with upgraded furnishings and linens create a calming ambiance throughout this premium top-floor unit. 



The open-concept living area showcases a brand new sectional couch, sizable flat-screen Intelligent TV with Roku access, ceiling fan, and luxury floor. A 10-foot sliding glass door opens to the gem of this condo: a private balcony furnished with seating for 8 people at 2 tables and a private hot tub, where you can relax while taking in the beautiful expansive vistas of the Pamlico Sound, watch the watersports, activities, wildlife, and witness stunningly vibrant sunsets - some say the best sunsets on the island! 

The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, cookware, bakeware, crockpot, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, many silverware and kitchen gadgets, and additional amenities for simple meal preparation and entertaining. Bar seating and a dining table comfortably accommodate 6–9 guests.

The sound front master bedroom offers a cavernous and relaxing getaway, featuring an unobstructed view of the Pamlico Sound from the king bed, quality linens, and private access onto the balcony overlooking the water. It includes a private en-suite bath with a jetted tub. The second and third bedrooms both offer king beds with quality linens and partial vistas of the Atlantic Ocean — ideal for families or friends. All three bedrooms include intelligent TVs, ceiling fans, and blackout curtains. A single (1-person) fold-up rollaway bed is also supplied, charmingly suited for a kid but could accommodate an adult.

Guest amenities: Additional conveniences include a washer/dryer, complimentary high-speed WiFi, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, basic sundries to begin your stay (toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc) and beds made prior to arrival with fresh linens. Fresh bath towels are included in both bathrooms. Community amenities include a sound front pool (typically open mid-May through late September), a dock with gazebo for watersports, ground-level storage locker, complimentary wheeled beach cart with some miscellaneous beach items, BBQ grilles, outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand, covered parking for two cars, additional parking available, and elevator access to the top floor condo. The beach is conveniently located about 600 yards away, with multiple entrances.
