Step through the sizable entryway and into a space thoughtfully designed by one of Charleston’s most celebrated interior designers. With a gorgeous blend of modern patterns and historic touches, this home offers both modren style and comfortable comfort. Originally constructed in 1852, the home accepts you to savor a piece of Charleston’s rich history while calming in modern luxury—just a few blocks from iconic King Street.

The living room features soaring ceilings and tall windows that fill the space with natural light. It’s the ideal spot to relax—whether you're watching a movie on the Intelligent TV or sharing a meal in the inviting dining area. Hosting additional guests? The plush couch pulls out into a comfortable King-size bed. A chic half bathroom is conveniently located off the living area, and the entirely equipped kitchen—with stainless steel appliances and refreshed fixtures—is ready for your culinary creations.

Upstairs, you'll find a washer and dryer, a spa-like full bathroom, and two classy bedrooms—each featuring a King-size bed, luxury linens, and ample closet space. One of the bedrooms also includes a cozy desk setup, ideal for remote work or writing postcards from your stay.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third event as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third event*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
