This beautiful, extravagant ocean front, 3bed/2bath condo is located at Southern Shore Villas on Oak Island, NC. Totally refreshed in September 2020! New luxury vinyl tile floor throughout. The Sea Pearl is over 1,300sq feet with an ocean front master suite featuring a king size bed, a designated work space, and private bath. The master bath has a handsome bespoke tile shower with glass barn door, a new toilet, and new vanity with a quartz countertop. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a king size bed and access to the guest bathroom, and another bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The guest bathroom has a full tub with bespoke tile work, a new toilet, and vanity with quartz countertop. This condo sleeps 9 comfortably and provides Intelligent TVs in all rooms with access to Wifi. The kitchen is completely equipped, ready to host an evening of family and friends. You'll find enough sitting in the dinning area for 9 and the living room features 2 leather couches that both ends recline with USB ports, and a brand new loveseat. There is also a washer and dryer supplied, both new. Most of the furnishings and accessories are new including linens, linens, pillows, kitchen supplies, art work, and TVs.
