This is a rare find! A beautiful villa located in the heart of historic district of Charleston on a peaceful and peaceful street. Private enclose elegantly landscaped courtyard. Minutes walk to the college of Charleston, Charleston's King Street culinary excellence, Meeting street eateries, shopping, the arts and all the splendors of historic Downtown Charleston. The location is central and does not require a car, however, we have a private parking space (suited for regular sized cars-not sizable trucks) next to the private entrance. 400 sq. ft. garden patio, water fountain, wet bar, ice maker, & electric grille.
