The oyster suite comes with one assigned off street parking space. The entirely supplied kitchen includes modern appliances and all the essentials for painless meals, whether you're cooking from scratch or reheating takeout.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom first-floor unit is part of a appealing 3-story home that hosts six private condos. Thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, this unit offers a welcoming home base for calming between Charleston adventures.

This unit is completely licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06545 and Business License BL034116.

Guest Access:
????Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

- We do not offer discounts or compensation if The Wonderer is unavailable during your stay.
-THIS LISTING INCLUDES ONE PARKING SPACE ONLY. Parking is labeled in our parking lot behind the building. The parking is tight, we cannot accommodate upsized cars in our lot.
Please don't inquire about additional parking as we don't have access to any. The closest garage is at the corner of King and Spring Street at the Hyatt Place about 6 blocks away. If you have more than one car, please plan for that.

Cannonborough is a lively neighborhood filled with personality. It’s known for its colorful homes, artisan coffee stores, and local bakeries. It’s a favorite for foodies and creatives. Walk to King Street in mins. or discover neighborhood gems like Sugar Bakeshop and Xiao Bao Biscuit. The vibe here is casual, young, and welcoming.

As much as we appreciate furry companions, family pets are not allowed at this property. We enjoy your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.

???? This is a 100% smoke-complimentary property.
Smoking is stringently prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.

???? Luggage Drop-Off:
We are pleased to offer our guests convenient bags storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service accepts you to securely drop off your suitcases before check-in or after check-out, so you can discover and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional costs apply for this service.

????️ Noise Notice:
Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.

????‍???? To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.

???? We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.

???? We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.

❄️ Charleston homes are constructed for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating.

???? If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.

???? Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for cars parked outside the designated parking areas.

???? Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.

???? Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:
⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added tranquility of mind.
