Just a few blocks from the inter-coastal waterway, eateries, shopping, USCB (home of the Beaufort Film Festival) and the much filmed Pinckney Park, it's also an simple drive to Hunting Island's gorgeous beaches, an hour from Savannah and 90 mins. to Charleston.
