Everything inside has been refreshed with modern finishes, new furnishings, and a clean, uncluttered style designed for comfort. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, The Jewel is a relaxing hideaway in a convenient Wilmington location.

Important Note: This is a triplex, and while the building has been charmingly refreshed, sound can travel between units. Most guests find it peaceful and comfortable, but if you’re a very light sleeper or require total silence, this may not be the best fit. We want you to have the right expectations so your stay is ideal.

The Jewel sits right next to the Nir Family YMCA, Wilmington’s flagship branch. Guests can purchase a day pass and appreciate full access to the pool, sauna, hot tub, weights, cardio machines, spin bicycles, and group exercise classes.
