The Space:

Top Floor – Main Living Level

The top floor is designed for gathering, with open-concept living and broad water vistas.

The living room features a huge sectional, additional couch, intelligent TV, and electric fireplace, creating a comfortable space to relax. The dining area includes two sizable tables, ideal for group meals.

The kitchen is entirely equipped with a sizable island and seating, upsized refrigerator, gas stove and oven, microwave/oven combo, dishwasher, toaster, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. A walk-in pantry, wet bar, and two high chairs add convenience.

Step outside to the back deck overlooking the ICW, complete with a sectional seating area and a four-top dining table for sunset vistas.

The master suite offers a king bed, intelligent TV, and private balcony with direct ocean vistas. The ensuite includes dual sinks, a tile shower, and a roomy walk-in closet.

A half bathroom is located off the main living area. Board games, puzzles, and books are also supplied.



Middle Level – Bedrooms & Additional Living

This level offers well-appointed bedrooms and access to additional outdoor space.

Bedroom 2 features a king bed, intelligent TV, and oceanfront balcony, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3 includes a king bed, ICW vistas, intelligent TV, and tile shower.

Bedroom 4 is a king suite with an ocean-side balcony and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 5 includes a king bed, ICW vistas, intelligent TV, and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 6, complete with dual sinks and tile shower.

Bedroom 6 is a bunk room with three twin beds and one full, along with a couch, huge intelligent TV, and access to a spacious ICW-facing deck with sectional seating and loungers.

A laundry room with sink is also located on this level.



Ground Level – Entertainment & Access

The ground level is constructed for fun and functionality.

Bedroom 7 is a bunk room with four twin beds and a private bathroom with tile shower.

The game room features a brand-new golf simulator, enormous intelligent TV, foosball table, air hockey, bean bags, and additional games.

The garage accommodates 2–3 cars and includes beach gear such as beach chairs, body boards, floats, an umbrella, bocce set, and sand toys.



Outdoor Living

The private pool area includes a large dining table for eight, four loungers, and additional seating. A dedicated grilling area features a Mont Alpi gas grille with prep space. A bathroom is conveniently accessible from the pool deck.
