Welcome to The Cottage at Oak Island! Designed for comfort and ease, this cavernous newly constructed beach home accommodates up to 12 guests. It features two master suites with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, a queen bedroom, and a kid-friendly bunk room with two bunk beds and a pack 'n' play. The well-equipped kitchen offers ceramic and stainless cookware and multiple coffee options. Just a 90-second walk to the beach and close to stores, eateries, playground, splash pad, and farmers' market for ultimate convenience.

*Construction Notice* - Our home is newly constructed, and the builder has also acquired the lot next door for development. Construction is expected to continue through November 2025. To account for any potential disruption, we have constructed in a discount on our standard prices through the construction period. Our family stayed at the home in August and found that the home next door is nearly complete and the noise is minimal.
It did not disrupt us in any way.
