Our roomy living room features a comfortable Murphy bed, providing additional sleeping space for your group. The living room also includes a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The owner has supplied multiple home necessities like 2 55" HDTVs equipped with Netflix, Disney+, Roku, cable, wireless internet, soaps, shampoos, conditioner, plenty of towels, and a hair dryer. There are washing and drying machines on site as well!



Whenever your hunger arrives, head over to the well-equipped kitchen to make your meals or even pack for a picnic along the sandy shores! On those days you decide to dine in, you can gather around the dining table with a great family meal or charming dinner for 2 that won’t break the bank. Inside the condo, you will find a parking pass which must be hung from the rear view mirror of your car at all times while parked on the property to prove you are a guest!



Parking is available for both motorbikes and golf carts, and of course cars, trucks, and suvs. Unfortunately, trailers are NOT allowed but I have recommendations for trailer storage!

1) I DO NOT charge credit card costs. The Payment system charges hosts 3% every booking. Most hosts forward that cost to their guests, I do not and pay that charge myself



2) I DO NOT charge any ridiculous admin or booking costs like most on these sites, I prefer to be upfront and honest about my costs prior to clicking BOOK NOW!



3) The cleaning costs are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space ideal for the next guest!



The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different costs, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!
