This home has a “reverse floor plan” with the bedrooms on the lower level and a “great room” with a Living room, Kitchen, and Dining area upstairs for exceptional vistas. The two Master suites have bathtubs with Jacuzzi whirlpools. This home has a modernized modern Kitchen that has an indoor grille and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Just steps away from the ocean, the home offers spectacular vistas of the ocean from multiple decks. After a day in the sun, you can relax in the hot tub on the upper-level deck.

The Neighborhood:
Ships Watch amenities include simple walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100 yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as elegant sunset vistas. The close by town of Duck offers many modest stores, stores, galleries and eateries.

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is by the sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. Nor'Banks Sailing and Children at Play Museum are also worth visiting.
