This home has a “reverse floor plan” with the bedrooms on the lower level and a “great room” with a Living room, Kitchen, and Dining area upstairs for exceptional vistas. The two Master suites have bathtubs with Jacuzzi whirlpools. This home has a refreshed modern Kitchen that has an indoor grille and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Just steps away from the ocean, the home offers spectacular vistas of the ocean from multiple decks. After a day in the sun, you can relax in the hot tub on the upper-level deck.

Ships Watch amenities include painless walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100 yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as impressive sunset vistas. The close by town of Duck offers many modest stores, stores, galleries and eateries.

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is by the sea. Monument to a Century of Flight and Wright Brothers National Memorial are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Nor'Banks Sailing and Children at Play Museum.
