The Space: Once a 2 bedroom/combo unit and BUT NOW A 1 BEDROOM STANDALONE CARRIAGE HOME, ‘Condon Carriage House’ has freshly been refreshed and certainly ideal for groups of 2 guests with 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom. Located off of Rutledge Ave in handsome Hampton Park, location and parking won't be an issue here!

Accessed by its own entrance/exit, the carriage home is a standalone at the back of a bigger main home property, accommodating both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or savor a meal. Entirely supplied kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware supplied. The carriage home is equipped with its own flat screen TV and queen sized bed. Our team provides basic login credentials, or feel complimentary to use your own during your stay.
Guest Access: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston for a fee.

first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third event as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third event*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
