This one-of-a-kind property features four private apartments spread across two floors — each with its own entrance, queen-sized bed, private full bathroom, and entirely equipped kitchen. It’s ideal for groups of couples or friends who want to stay together while still appreciating their own space and privacy.

Two of the units are traditional apartment-style setups, offering roomy living areas and full kitchens ideal for longer stays or comfortable nights in. The other two are studio-style suites, each with a cozy living room and compact kitchen, providing everything you need for a convenient and beautiful stay.

You’ll be just steps from the energy of King Street, surrounded by Charleston’s best eateries, stores, and nightlife. While the area can get lively at nighttime — especially on weekends — we’ve added sound-deadening window inserts throughout to help reduce noise and ensure a more calming rest. ????????

Parking is available just behind the property at the close by hotel’s public garage. Please note that we do not own or operate this garage and are not responsible for parking prices or policies.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third event as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third event*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
