If you like a fun filled family vacation resort, Ocean Lakes is the place for you. Imagine turning the kids loose for hours knowing they are in the security of a gated community with 24 hour security.
U31 was constructed in 2010 at the end of a peaceful street not far from the main entrance. If you appreciate rocking on a nice shaded porch with a hot cup of coffee on a cool summer morning then you will adore U31 Crane.
With many upgrades, this three bedroom on stilts is very warm and inviting. Some of these upgrades include solid wood doors and cabinets, upgraded nickel plated faucets, wall mounted TVs in all bedrooms and den, and wood floors throughout the home. The kitchen is completely furnished with seating for two at the bar and four at the table. If additional seating is needed, there is an outdoor table with five chairs on the deck. Both bathrooms are roomy with tub shower combinations. Recessed lighting and vaulted ceilings give the den and kitchen the appearance of a high end property.
