The Space: Our cavernous 1st floor condo, ‘Sweetgrass A’, is ideal for groups of 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Located just off of Spring Street, location and parking won't be an issue here!
Accessed by it own entrance/exit, and up modest (exterior) porch stairs, Sweetgrass A features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or savor a meal. Living room with plush comfortable couch and flat screen TV. Bedrooms are located on the first level, with two full ensuite bathrooms . There is one king bed and one queen bed in this unit. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel complimentary to use your own during your stay. Totally equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level.
Guests will have exclusive access to the 1st floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety.
You can pull up to (2) compact cars off the street in the driveway beside the home, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.
*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.
*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
*Crib and high chair available through a third event as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third event*
