Downstairs, the garage hangout is ready for rainy days or tournament nights—ping pong, big-screen TV, and its own A/C mini split. Outside, you’ll find a private pool with loungers, a fully enclosed outdoor bathroom, a hammock for lazy afternoons, and your own fire pit for s’mores under the stars.
