* 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 pullout couch in the living room.

* Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Grand balcony with delightful pool view.

*Sheets and linens included. Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are supplied for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is complimentary.

* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Beautiful peaceful neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, handsome landscaping. 10 mins. from airport, 5 mins. from Broadway at the beach, 5 mins. from the beach, 15 mins. from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Please review my home rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
