Pull into the parking area and take a few steps down to a deck that surrounds the home on two sides. The main entrance leads you into the open living, dining, & kitchen spaces with tons of windows to showcase the striking vistas of the canal in the backyard with a view of the sound and impressive sunsets in the distance! The vaulted wooden ceilings throughout with ceiling fans give the home a bungalow like feel. Recently remodeled and well outfitted kitchen! As you take the hallway down to the bedrooms, there is one full bathroom, one queen bedroom with half bath connected, second queen bedroom, and at the end of the hallway the roomy master bedroom with king bed, full bath with tub, & your own entrance to a deck off the back of the home. Take the deck down into the backyard for your waterfront and private dock access. Nice flat yard with shade supplied on the back patio ideal for hanging out in the day time or exceptional place to getaway to in the evening for sunset!
