As you enter the bungalow you are welcomed by a sunroom that showcases astounding vistas of Banks Channel. Snuggle up on the couch and spend hours reading in this handsome sun-filled room, grab a pair of binoculars and watch the birds, boaters and sea life, or catch a dazzling sunset. A close by living room offers additional space for families to reconnect and relax in the evenings while catching up on shows. The T.V.s offer cable and Roku services for your viewing enjoyment.

To the right of the living room, you will find the first full bathroom and two guest bedrooms. The first guest room is furnished with two twin beds and is a generously sized room. Ideal for kids or singles, this room makes incredible accommodation for travelers of all ages. Across the hallway is a guest bedroom that is furnished with a plush king bed. The king guest room also features a Roku enabled T.V..

The kitchen is located on the other side of the living room and is well equipped for preparing meals. Stocked with everything you need to make your family favorite meals, the kitchen offers an attached additional mud room that is shared with the lower unit and includes a full-size washer and dryer. A set of French doors past the dining nook guide you to the primary bedroom. Furnished with a queen bed, this suite includes a private bathroom.

Just across the street guests can savor the soft breezes and impressive vistas from the shared dock. Although the boat slips are not supplied with the rental, families will still enjoy calming in the shade, taking a dip in the cool waters, or heading up to the sun deck to soak up the rays. Kids will enjoy playing in the gentle sound waters and their shared private beach for this duplex that emerges at low tide. Take a short walk and you will be at public beach access #36. Positioned just a half-block away from the Atlantic Ocean on one side and overlooking Banks Channel on the other, guests will find everything they need within walking distance. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-nighttime stay in other seasons.
Linens Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 cars.
Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.
Prohibited: Animals, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
