This first-floor apartment provides 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (one with a extravagant, jetted tub) with wood floors, and an open concept living/dining/kitchen area.

You will be surprised and delighted with the special touches and updates within. From "better than hotel" linens to a entirely equipped kitchen, you will find all of the amenities of home.

You will also appreciate being South of Broad on the "carriage tour circuit", with the Battery, Colonial Lake, and the Horse Lot about three blocks away, but far enough from the throngs of tourists to feel like a local. Plus, you will have eateries, shopping, and everything else Downtown living has to offer close by.

Every day is an adventure! From outdoors enthusiasts to foodies, there is something for everybody! Appreciate a day of tennis, golfing, boating, beaching, touring historic homes, or just cycling around.

After appreciating the day, head home and change for dinner (Charlestonians adore to dress up!).
