This first-floor apartment provides 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (one with a extravagant, jetted tub) with wood floors, and an open concept living/dining/kitchen area.

You will be surprised and delighted with the special touches and updates within. From "better than hotel" linens to a completely equipped kitchen, you will find all of the amenities of home.

You will also adore being South of Broad on the "carriage tour circuit", with the Battery, Colonial Lake, and the Horse Lot about three blocks away, but far enough from the throngs of tourists to feel like a local. Plus, you will have eateries, shopping, and everything else Downtown living has to offer close by.

Every day is an adventure! From outdoors enthusiasts to foodies, there is something for everybody! Savor a day of tennis, golfing, boating, beaching, touring historic homes, or just cycling around.

After appreciating the day, head home and change for dinner (Charlestonians appreciate to dress up!). From here you can walk over to Costa, one of Charleston's hottest new eateries for coastal Italian fare. The City of Charleston has a draconian ordinance that only accepts properties on the National Register of Historic Places to have nightly rental permits in our neighborhood. Located by the sea, this condo is in Downtown Charleston, a neighborhood in Charleston. Charleston City Market and USS Yorktown are notable landmarks, and some of the area's popular attractions include South Carolina Aquarium and Patriots Point.
