Grandiose Atlantic 2 bedroom 2 bath condominiums are some of the biggest on the beach and have well over 1000 square feet of space. As with all of our oceanfront units; an oceanfront balcony, huge full kitchen (ice maker, microwave, smooth top range, dishwasher, disposal), washer/dryer and wireless internet are supplied. In our “Double Balcony” units, the master bedroom is oceanfront with private balcony access and a king-size bed complete w/private bath. This makes the unit ideal for families, golfers, and charming getaways. The second bedroom features 2 double beds and private bath.. The condo sleeps 6 people comfortably.

Plus, the Grand Atlantic is one of very few oceanfront resorts that offers enclosed hallway access to each unit. During inclement weather, you can leave your condo, take an elevator to the bottom floor and access the pretty indoor pool, new hot tub, indoor kiddie pool, indoor lazy river, game room, and the exercise center without ever stepping foot outdoors!

In-room safe, ceiling fans, games, magazines, 450 thread count sheets, beach chairs, umbrella. We have a completely equipped kitchen w/crock pot, electric frying pan, blender, wine glasses, Coffee pot with bean grinder , etc.

The washer/dryer is inside the condo.

I have 450-600 thread count linens and sizable over sized towels and wash cloths.

Located on the third floor, you can park your car in the covered parking garage and walk directly to your handsome condo without having to wait for an elevator.

Building Conveniences:
Grand Atlantic is a great resort for year round visiting. The resorts' amenities include a gorgeous indoor Heated Swimming Pool, 170 foot indoor Heated Lazy River with rafts, 2 new indoor Hot Tubs and a enormous Indoor Heated Pool , the resort features a 65' Outdoor Pool and another new large Kiddie Pool . Chaise Lounges surround the outdoor pools, and a well-kept lawn area with chaise lounges provides additional space for sunbathing. The resort also offers a Restaurant, Gift Shop, Exercise Center, Restrooms at the pool area and High Speed Elevators. The resort has security cameras in the pool area, the garage and hallways for safety.

Scooby's Restaurant and a Gift Shop are located on the 1st Floor of the building. The restaurant delivers to the condos and to the pool area.
