Each of the three bedrooms features its own private screened porch and en-suite bath, creating a calming and private escape for all guests. Located on the second floor, the roomy primary suite includes a enormous soaking tub with sunset view, separate shower and double sinks. Also on the second floor, the second bedroom includes 2 queen beds and an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is located on the first floor and features both a king bed as well as a shower in the en suite bath.

The comfortable living room—anchored by a gas fireplace—offers the ideal place to relax after a day on the island.  A entirely equipped kitchen has everything you need for fast snacks and family dinners. 

Located just mins. from the marina, Bonito Boathouse, beach access, and golf, it offers the ideal blend of relaxing seclusion and painless access to Fripp Island’s favorite amenities.  A 6 seat, electric golf cart is supplied with your stay and is the best way to get around Fripp.

FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Club cards are required to appreciate any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote included by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
