✔For Vacation Rental By Owner or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-returnable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing costs.
✔The booking event must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the home throughout the stay. Individuals under the age of 21 will not be allowed on the property without their parent or legal guardian, unless prior written agreement has been made.
-Dogs are welcome, but prior approval is required before booking. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the furnishings or in the backyard, as it is a shared space. A pet fee will be automatically applied when you include your dog’s information in the reservation.

These supplies should be sufficient for the first few days of your stay. For additional supplies, guests are encouraged to either purchase from close by stores or bring additional items with them to ensure a comfortable stay. We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.
