✔Please be aware that the unit is accessed via stairs, providing a gorgeous view of the neighborhood and creating a peaceful, elevated getaway for your stay. This is a second-floor apartment, entered through the front door. The backyard is a shared area for all guests to appreciate.

✔The apartment is located in one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Downtown Charleston—steps from King Street and some of the best eateries, coffee stores, and bars. It's about 20 mins. to Isle of Palm, Sullivan Island, and Folly Beach.
✔You can walk to many close by eateries, bars and coffee stores. The property is steps from Cannon Green. Ubers are the prefferred method of transportation.

✔If a mandatory evacuation order for Charleston County is in effect during the dates of your stay, you will be refunded. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather such as hurricanes, we recommend you get traveler's insurance.
✔Quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
✔Pet fee required to be paid at time of booking if bringing a pet. Dogs only.
✔For Vacation Rental By Owner or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-returnable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing costs.
✔The booking event must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the home throughout the stay. Individuals under the age of 21 will not be allowed on the property without their parent or legal guardian, unless prior written agreement has been made.
-Dogs are welcome, but prior approval is required before booking. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the furnishings or in the backyard, as it is a shared space. A pet fee will be automatically applied when you include your dog’s information in the reservation.

-Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a modest fee, depending on availability.

-Please be aware that as the booking event, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or costs incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is finished.

-Please note that we provide a limited amount of starter supplies for your convenience, such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and other basic necessities. These supplies should be sufficient for the first few days of your stay. For additional supplies, guests are encouraged to either purchase from close by stores or bring additional items with them to ensure a comfortable stay. We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.
