Jewel of Ocean Isle comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or vacations with friends.
Entirely Equipped Kitchen
The entirely equipped kitchen features modern stainless-steel appliances and comes with everything needed for enchanting home-cooked meals. Appreciate your morning coffee with ease using our Keurig coffee maker, and take advantage of our array of cookware, silverware, and convenient amenities including a blender, toaster, ice maker, and crock pot. We also provide a selection of K-cups, teas, creamer, and sugar to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Luxurious Bedrooms
The first level features a newly remodeled living room, kitchen, and main bathroom with a shower/tub. Unwind in the master en-suite, Bedroom #1, which offers a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub. Savor your morning coffee on the front porch balcony while appreciating gorgeous ocean vistas. Bedroom #2 features a queen-sized bed, and a sliding door leading to a deck with striking beach vistas. Bedroom #3, located off the kitchen, is ideal for kids, with bunk beds (including a trundle), appealing arcade games, and a closet filled with board games and cards to keep the whole family entertained!
There are two bedrooms on the second floor:
- Bedroom #4: A queen-sized bed with a sliding door to a deck offering ocean vistas.
- Bedroom #5: Another queen room plus an additional twin bed, also with ocean vistas. There is a Full bathroom w/standup shower located on the second floor.
Outdoor Heaven
The outdoor area is equally stunning, featuring a private pool, an outdoor shower, and a gas grille ideal for family barbecues. Savor al fresco dining at the outdoor picnic tables or relax on the lounge chairs by the pool. Please note, the pool is private and unattended; swimming is at your own risk, and adult supervision is required for kids.
The garage provides ample storage for beach gear, including chairs, umbrellas, cornhole board and accessories, so you can effortlessly make the most of your sun-soaked beach days.
Golf Cart Supplied
To enhance your stay, we've supplied a 6-passenger golf cart for your use during your visit. (Proof of insurance, a valid driver's license, and a signed golf cart agreement are required.)
Linen and Towel Service Policy
We provide a comprehensive linen and towel service for your convenience, which includes:
- Top and fitted sheets per bed
- Pillowcases
- One set of towels per person (each set consists of 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth)
- kitchen towels
For our guests' tranquility of mind, we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance. Please note that we do not offer refunds for weather-related trip interruptions or cancellations, nor for any other unforeseen circumstances that may impact your travel plans or use of the property.
Booking and Cancellation Terms:
-Last Minute Bookings: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure linens can be included.
- Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
While a cleaning fee is supplied in your reservation, please be mindful to follow the check-out procedures. Leaving the home excessively dirty may result in additional cleaning charges, which you will be responsible for.
Guest Requirements:
- You must be at least 26 years old to make a booking.
- Reservations cannot be made on behalf of others; the individual who pays for the reservation must also be present during the stay.
House Rules:
-We maintain a strict no-event policy. Events such as home events, proms, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any gatherings of this nature are not allowed.
-Check-in after 4:00 PM

-Quiet hours
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-Self check-in with intelligent lock
-Smoking/Vaping is stringently prohibited both inside the property and in areas surrounding it. A fee of $500 will be charged if this rule is violated. Additionally, charcoal grilles, fire pits, and deep fryers are not allowed on the premises.
For your safety, please note that there are exterior security cameras monitoring the parking area and entrances.
Damage Waiver: As part of your rental reservation, you have paid a non-returnable damage waiver fee. The damage waiver fee releases you from responsibility for any accidental damage that may occur to the property during your rental period, up to $1,500 in value (including materials and labor costs). Intentional damages, damages caused by gross negligence and/or removal of items supplied in the rental that go missing will not be covered by this waiver. Expenses for damages that will not be covered may include but are not limited to costs to replace missing items, additional cleaning charges due to excessively dirty or sandy conditions, smoking in the unit, pet related damages, intentional acts or neglect, and any damage that occurs due to violation of the lease agreement. Any accidental damages more than $1,500 AND/OR any intentional damage or theft, shall be the responsibility of the renter and will be billed to renter. If we have your credit card on file, then these excess expenses will automatically be charged to your credit card.
