Corner of Broad is a 1,200 sq. ft. suite in the heart of Georgetown's historic district. Taking cues from its appealing coastal town, the space has been completely modernized and designed to present an fresh, calming experience with guest comfort as a priority.

Entirely private with its entrance and driveway, the guest suite is located on the second floor of the bigger historic home.

Enter the entry and head upstairs, where you will find a well-supplied kitchen, dining, and sitting area to savor a meal or morning cup of coffee.

The living space centers around one of the suite’s two fireplaces and is equipped with a 46-inch, high-definition TV. Sizable windows flood the space with natural light, highlighting the 12-foot ceilings. Guests needing to conduct work or those who appreciate journaling can do so at the desk at the end of the hall.
