This condo has a outstanding layout and some really nice new upgrades including, paint, floor and furnishings!! The living room is beachy and comfortable with new furnishings and has access to the enormous balcony! The dining area is open to the kitchen and living room and features a sizable dining table with seating for eight. Cooking will be enchanting in the kitchen with a striking black granite counter, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you need, the kitchen also has an eat-at bar and seating for two. Off the living room is the master bedroom, this relaxing and inviting space features a huge ensuite, a writing desk and access to the balcony. Both guest bedrooms are handsomely decorated, have ample space and storage, and each has 2 double beds. The grey bedroom has a calming feel to it and this room also has an ensuite. The green bedroom is simply appealing and the guest bathroom is adjacent to this room. This condo also has a full-sized washer and dryer located just off the entry. And last but certainly not least, the balcony with a pretty view of the beach and a table that seats four!
