Welcome to the Spendlove: The ideal hideaway for huge families! This oceanfront home features 5 roomy bedrooms and four and a half baths. Appreciate the marvelous vistas of the great Atlantic Ocean from the generous living area, as well as from the Dining room and the gourmet kitchen. Entertain at the wet bar, or relax on the screened-in porch overlooking the ocean. This home offers private ocean access from the King Master bedroom, which has its own cavernous ensuite bathroom. In addition to the King Master, there are 2 additional King suites, each with their own bathroom and also 2 twin bedrooms. The bedrooms are all located on the lower entry level, giving the wide-open upper level great vistas of the Atlantic.

Ships Watch amenities include simple walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100-yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as handsome sunset vistas. The close by town of Duck offers many modest stores, stores, galleries and eateries.

About the Area

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is by the ocean. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. Nor'Banks Sailing and Children at Play Museum are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and hiking nearby.
