Welcome to the Spendlove: The ideal hideaway for sizable families! This oceanfront home features 5 cavernous bedrooms and four and a half baths. Appreciate the striking vistas of the great Atlantic Ocean from the generous living area, as well as from the Dining room and the gourmet kitchen. Entertain at the wet bar, or relax on the screened-in porch overlooking the ocean. This home offers private ocean access from the King Master bedroom, which has its own roomy ensuite bathroom. In addition to the King Master, there are 2 additional King suites, each with their own bathroom and also 2 twin bedrooms. The bedrooms are all located on the lower entry level, giving the wide-open upper level great vistas of the Atlantic.

Ships Watch amenities include painless walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100-yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as handsome sunset vistas. The close by town of Duck offers many modest stores, stores, galleries and eateries.

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is by the ocean.
