HEATED POOL + OUTDOOR SPACES



The 2nd-floor pool is the heart of the home — sun-drenched, private, and overlooking the ocean. Heated April through October (included). Surrounding the pool: wicker lounge furnishings, a bar with drink center, a dining area, porch swing, and a full collection of pool toys. On the ground level, a putting green, gas fire pit, Weber grille, and outdoor shower round out 3,500 sq ft of outdoor living.

OBSERVATION DECK



Three floors up, completely furnished with luxury outdoor furnishings and sweeping expansive vistas of the entire island and ocean. Sink into the couches with your morning coffee and watch the sunrise, flow through a yoga session or morning workout with mats and weights already set up and ready, or gather everybody up here for evening beverages under the stars. There's nothing else like it on Oak Island — guests consistently call it the highlight of the trip.

A prepare's dream: 60" refrigerator/freezer, dual wine bar, 36" pro oven, convection microwave, dual Keurig station.
