Although there is a basic cable supplied, the TV and internet services are purposely limited to help guests leave behind the anxiety that comes with constantly being plugged into society. This traditional style bungalow has wood floors and comfortable décor without all the frills and clutter so you and your family can get back to the basics.

The enormous ocean front deck is great for calming or outdoor dining as it has a full-sized picnic table, rocking chairs, and the constant melody of the waves crashing in the background. The location itself is peaceful yet only a few blocks from eateries and coffee stores, you will be able to relax with friends and family or take a short walk to the center of town.

While this is an older home the kitchen and furnishings are cozy, functional, and the open concept living area makes for a excellent gathering space that has helped families reconnect and make lifelong memories for generations. The sizable indoor dining area is ideal for board games, puzzles, or just kicking back while waiting for a home cooked meal and appreciating the ocean view. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-nighttime stay in other seasons.
Linens Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin, 1 Twin Rollaway.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 cars.
Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.
Prohibited: Family Animals, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
