First Floor: The first floor features an open and airy main living space. A balcony facing the pool and a balcony on the ocean side, both with seating. Cozy living room with a intelligent TV. Entirely outfitted kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for 5. Dining area with seating for 6. The half bath is just off the dining area.
