The Space:

With a fireplace, a pool, cavernous common areas, and plenty of beds to lay your head down at nighttime, this bright home is the ideal place for your next hideaway. If you’re looking for a family-friendly hideaway with tons of amenities, look no further. In this home you’ll have access to two living areas, a private pool and spa, and an outdoor bar and kitchen. The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a wrap-around bar for painless conversing. While the dining area offers seating for eight, with an additional six bar stools at the kitchen counter.



Down the hall you’ll find the first bathroom which joins the first bedroom. The first bedroom has a TV and private access to the backyard. The next bedroom has three beds and an en suite bathroom. To the left of the second living room, you’ll find two more bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms.

The main bedroom — located in the back of the home — features an en suite bathroom, private access to the outdoor area, and a private living room.

Please note important pool heat information: Pool and spa can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. A three nighttime minimum stay and seven day notice is required for this feature. Both the spa and pool share the same heater. In order for the spa to be heated, the pool must be heated as well. When isolating the spa to heat to a higher temperature the pool will be not be heating. It is important to turn off the spa when finished. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool will not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will not be given.

Please note that the pool and spa share the same heater. In order for the spa to be heated, the pool heat must also be activated. When the spa is isolated to reach a higher temperature, the pool will temporarily stop heating. Guests are kindly asked to turn off the spa when it is not in use.

If the outside temperature falls below 55°F, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be supplied if the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still actively heating.



A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to arrange pool and spa heating. The heating fee must be paid prior to check-in. Guests may contact management after booking to add pool and spa heat to their reservation.
